All UUKeys software provides the free trial version for customers before deciding to purchase the full version. The trial versions offer enough services for customers to try with a use limit.
UUKeys recommends our customers to try the product to confirm whether it is the one you need before purchasing. This also helps customers avoid purchasing the wrong product.
Circumstances of No Refund
As UUKeys offers the free trial version to try before purchasing, UUKeys does not refund or exchange products in the following situations:
- 1. Failure to read the product description before purchasing and thus resulting in dissatisfaction with the product's function. It is highly recommended that every customer read the product description and try the free trial version before purchasing.
- 2. For iTunes Backup Unlocker product, We seriously emphasize that we can't guarantee 100% recover your iTunes password, the program will take long time (hours, days or weeks) if the password is more than 7 length, based on the password complex and length. So, please consider carefully before deciding!
- 3. For password recovery, you purchased it and you said you remember your password in other ways, then you want to get refund. As we can't know the password was recovered by the product or by yourself.
- 4. You purchased the so-called "wrong" product, and you purchased the "right" product from other company.
- 5. A customer refund request on complaint of credit card fraud or other unauthorized payment. As UUKeys cooperates with an independent payment platform (Shareit), it's impossible to monitor authorization during payment. In this case, UUKeys recommends customers to contact the card issuers if there is a fraud. And the refund cannot be accepted.
- 6. A customer has a 'change of mind' after purchase.
- 7. As the purchase is finished, it cannot be refunded by the reason of incompatible with the operating system. UUKeys highly recommends customers try the software before purchase.
- 8. When meeting some technical trouble, customers are supposed to cooperate with UUKeys Support Team to provide detailed information, screenshots and files. A refund request won't be allowed if customers refuse to cooperate or refuse to try the solutions provided by UUKeys.
- 9. A refund for the failure to receive registration code after the order has been successful. Generally, the registration code will be automatically sent within 1 hour. But sometimes it may be delayed by email spam setting, internet issue, etc. In this case, please contact UUKeys Support Team. We will retrieve registration code for customers ASAP within 24 hours.
Circumstances of Eligible Refund
UUKeys offers refund or exchange the product for the following circumstances below.
- 1. Purchase of the same product twice at the same time. With confirmation of UUKeys Support Team, UUKeys will refund one of the products for customer, or exchange one program for another UUKeys product.
- 2. Purchase of two products with similar functions. In this case, UUKeys will refund one of the products or exchange one program for another UUKeys product if required.
- 3. The product has fatal technical problems, and our technical support team failed to provide a fix or work-around within one month.
- 4. You never received the registration code of the product from us, and even failed to retrieve the code from our "Registration code Retrieval" wizard or got no response from our support team after reporting this to us.
Once your refund is issued, please:
1. Uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
2. Destroy the disc and uninstall the software from your computer if you purchased a CD version of the product.
